Marissa became the Children’s Pastor at Florida Station Church of God to follow her passion of working with children and teaching them. She worked at Anderson Preparatory Academy in fourth grade and Kindergarten for six years. She recently took a break from teaching to stay home with her daughter.

She has been going to Florida Station Church of God for over ten years and has found herself learning about God and being able to teach His word to our newest generation, while also building meaningful relationships, and helping children know they always have Him to turn to.

She is married to her college sweetheart, Levi, and they have one daughter, Oakley. Marissa loves spending time with her family, spending time outside, and traveling. She especially loves her and her husband’s beach trips and can’t wait to explore with their daughter..
